Independent Work. Fall 2020
Virtual Music Ensemble Technologies is a startup by graduate school roommates Bryan Edwards, Phillip Sylvester and Brian Kim during the beginning of the pandemic. Phil, a high school orchestra teacher, found himself doing lengthy edits of individual student videos, putting them together into one piece since they could not perform as a whole. Bryan, experienced in coding, suggested creating a software to do this for him and then market it. The result was Virtual Music Ensemble Technologies (VMET), and the editor Opus. While I played no role in the coding/creation of the app, Bryan and Phil asked me to do the logos and a short video.
